working principle:

The circular halogen lamp ensures uniform heating of the sample, with easy operation and accurate measurement. The moisture analyzer measures the weight of the sample while using a ring tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and displays the percentage of lost moisture in the sample in real time. After the drying program is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can uniformly and quickly dry the sample at high temperatures, and the surface of the sample is not easily damaged. Its detection results have good consistency with the national standard oven method, are replaceable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Intelligent operation, usually the sample can be measured in just a few minutes. The instrument is easy to operate and accurate in testing.
